Seetech offers e-Communication Total Solution B2B / B2C / EDI addon's users technical support on basic or premium level.
Basic level technical support SLA is provided base on standard support agreement, which contains technical support and access to new versions of the module.
Premium technical support demands active support agreement as well as individual service agreement describing individual arrangements and SLA level.
The annual cost of support agreement is equal to 16 % of e-Communication Total Solution B2B / B2C / EDI licence value.
As a support of sales channel Seetech offers for each Trade Partner trainings concerning work with the addon and free technical support as described on Poziomy wsparcia SLA.
