This proprietary Seetech solution will enrich the functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system warehouse management feature. The module will allow you to prepare templates of warehouse documents for your company and to register them in the system.
Easy Warehouse module is fully integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. This means that if you purchase a license to use our solution, the scope of functionalities of the currently applied system will be extended by the ability to maintain an electronic warehouse inventory control system. This will allow you to manage your employees’ time and efforts more efficiently.
The purpose of the module is to simplify the process of creating documents and to minimize the human resources allocated to warehouse record management. The presented solution allows you to store the posted warehouse documents the same way all other documents are stored in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. Thanks to the template creating option, the authorized users will be able to draft an unlimited number of documents necessary for everyday handling of the company’s business.
All documents (GINs, GRNs, warehouse transfer sheets, etc.) issued using the module are automatically stored in the system. The users may review the previously issued document, revise it and print it again anytime. It is up to you to decide on the number and variety of predefined documents and the way they should be stored at bookkeeping and warehouse accounts. The Easy Warehouse add-on module also enables electronic data exchange with any clients of your company.
By choosing to use the Easy Warehouse module, you will receive a comprehensive solution allowing you to track and manage your inventory. Your warehouse history will be available in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. It will enable your authorized employees from selected departments to track product availability on an ongoing basis.
